We still have't found the camera battery charger....

....but here are two more pictures. In the picture above, Caleb has some lines on his forehead from falling onto his crib slats while trying to pull himself up in his crib. He is much more proficient at pulling up now. Below Tim had poured Caleb just a few Cheerios.

The Penny

Yesterday while playing with some friends, Timothy swallowed a penny. I'm not sure he intended to swallow it, but I'm sure he put it in his mouth, as he does many other things (rocks, dirt, soap, etc.) He was gagging and even threw up (on us both) but didn't manage to dislodge the penny. Since he was drooling, I figured it hadn't gone down either. An x ray at the pediatrician's office confirmed that it was in his throat...in his esophagus behind his vocal cords. That meant it would need to be removed with a simple surgical procedure. Because of the location of the penny, if it dislodged and came up, it could block his windpipe....sooooo....he and I went to the hospital via ambulance (no lights or anything) just in case. They took him right back to surgery, and I met the otolaryngologist and the anesthesiologist on the way into the hospital. From the time I left Timmy being wheeled into surgery to the time the doctor met me with the expensive penny was less than twenty minutes. ...and Timothy seems no worse for the wear today.

Visiting with friends Danya, Mommy Corey, and baby Shea

Mmmm. Lemon rind.

Timothy kept asking me to put more monkeys on him until there were about ten. Then I had to convince him to hang them up and eased the exit of the zoo with a lime slushy (It was a gross slushy!).

Hiking as a family with dear Amy

Here is Caleb's earlier attempt at crawling. He is now really crawling and is mobile.

I will growl until you give me your corn Mom.

Cousin Amy has been a lot of fun and a huge help to have here!

Amy realized these bath tub letters stick to wet skin. :)

More pictures

Caleb loves to stand up and to practice walking. He still needs to get the hang of crawling though.

This is usually the result of Timothy trying to 'hode' Caleb.

Puzzle!

Thanks for the binky Timmy.

A rare happy moment of Tim holding Caleb

Caleb (like his big brother) loves animals and enjoyed petting this gentle beagle pup.

Post for Hubby...Camping!

Camping with Grandma and Grandpa :)

Chilly morning

All of us were pretty tuckered out from the full days of fun things to do while camping.

A favorite place of ours...hmmm...not sure if I should advertise one of the most wonderful places in Idaho, although most of our blog visitors know it already. ..Redfish Lake in the Sawtooths

The dreaded skill

Timothy learned how to open his door with the door knob cover during naptime. He at least made me laugh though. He came out wearing his (wet) pull-up diaper as a hat and came out laughing.
